The staff were really nice and stayed calm even when it got busy. They answered our questions fast and seemed Professional about everything. Check-in had a small wait, but it wasn’t a big deal.

I had a small question before booking and, i wasn’t sure how long it would take to hear back. But they replied really fast and made it super easy. No runaround or anything, just a helpful response from what felt like a real team. Nice experience overall.

So, yeah, I went with my kids and we all ended up learning a lot, not just kind of wandering around and looking at stuff. The guide explained the reef, the fish, and why the ocean needs protecting in a really easy, down-to-earth way. My youngest was still asking questions after it was over, which was, like, cool to see. It felt fun but also educational, you know, without being boring at all. We’d definitely do it again.

The views were unreal. I couldn’t stop looking around, such a spot and totally worth it.

I had such a great time with Atlantis Adventures! The water was super clear, and I couldn’t believe how many fish and coral we could see, even from inside. I wasn’t sure what to expect going in, but it ended up being way better than I imagined. The whole trip was easy and relaxing, and the marine life was definitely the highlight for me.

Check-in took a liiittle longer than I expected, and boarding felt kind of all over the place. The staff were nice enough, though, I just wish the whole process had been more organized

My kids had such a great time with this. It kept everyone entertained, and it was really nice to see the whole family enjoying it together.

I felt safe the whole time. Compared to other trips I’ve been on where the crew is kind of hands-off, this crew kept checking in on us and made everything feel really calm and easy.

We had a good time overall and the tour itself was enjoyable, but I’d definitely warn others that it’s not the most comfortable or accessible experience. The seats felt cramped, and getting on and off was a bit difficult for my older aunt. The staff were helpful when we asked, which I appreciated, but if you’re traveling with someone who has mobility issues, just be aware it might be a little tough.

Overall, it was a good trip, and the staff were genuinely nice, which I appreciated. But the boat felt a little worn down in places. The seats were okay, just not very comfortable, and some of the equipment seemed older than I expected. Nothing felt unsafe or broken from what I could tell, but for the price, I do think it’s only fair that the boat should feel a bit cleaner and better maintained. If people are paying good money, the company has a responsibility to keep things feeling fresh and cared for. Still, the crew made the experience pleasant, so I’d call it an alright trip overall.

Our tour ended up getting cancelled because of bad weather, which was disappointing, but they let us know right away. The refund process was really straightforward too, with no hassle at all. I appreciated how easy they made it.

Overall, I had a good time on the tour. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to (which always makes a difference), and the views were really beautiful. That said, a few parts felt a bit rushed, like we didn’t get quite enough time to just take it all in. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, but for the price, I was hoping for a little more time to enjoy the stops.
